The Traser P6500 is the US Army standard wrist watch (MIL-W-46374F)and also the first choice of special units such as the Army Rangers, Army Special Forces (Green Berets), Navy Seal´s and EOD Teams.

More than 300.000 watches are currently in use by the US Forces. In USA this watch is only available to active duty personal. This watch had to fullfill additional requirements with regards to altitude, magnetic field protection as well as salt spray and perspiration resistance. In addition, the watch hat to withstand the low air pressure at 35.000 feet for at least 60 minutes without sustaining any damage.

Its magnetic protection rating was raised from 15.5 to 125 +/-1 Gauss. This means, that the antimagnetic watch will not cause mines to detonate.
The NAVIGATOR was and is very popular with the troops and is also one of the most desirable collector´s items for the military watch enthusias.
